Healthy eating can be difficult, and I want to help!
I know how important it is to nourish our bodies for good mental and physical health, but yet it seems so hard!
With all the not-so-good, yet oh-so-good! foods out there, how do we eat healthy?
1. Learn HOW
One way to make it happen is to develop small habits that you learn over time and practice in bite sizes. Learning one habit at a time, and allowing you to learn nutrition habits that you can stick with you throughout your life. Keep it simple has always been important to me, and sometimes taking on more than we can chew (literally and figuratively) complicates matters too much. Often we feel overwhelmed with the contradictory nutritional information, where one source of nutrition information seems to contradict another, where something seems healthy one day and not the next. This program helps weed through the confusion.
2. Know WHY
Through Healthiliving Coaching, I team up with Precision Nutrition who created amazing content that makes it simpler to learn science based information about what is healthy and what is not, what to eat and what not to eat. This program will also give you an understanding of WHY you are asked to eat a certain way, rather than just what you need to eat. I always want to try and learn the why behind what I am asked to do, it helps gives validity to what I am agreeing. I’m sure many of you feel the same way.
3. Have SUPPORT
As a precision nutrition certified coach, I will coach you throughout the program on the habits you learn. Each of the habits you learn are practiced for a two week period and build on each other. I will offer feedback every two weeks on the habits that you have been working on through the program. There is a messaging system built into the platform, and you are welcome to message me and ask questions any time.
